1. Display Area Limits

All exhibit items must remain within the booth and should not block neighboring exhibits or entrances. Structures or carpets extending into the aisles are not allowed.

All exhibit and display materials must be non-combustible.
2. Booth Appearance

Exhibitors are responsible for decorating any visible parts of their displays from hallways or adjacent booths.

Decorations, lighting, and sound equipment must not disturb neighboring booths.
3. Structures

Display structures should not obstruct neighboring booths, emergency exits, aisles, or interfere with visitor traffic.

If booth designs or construction differ from the submitted plans, on-site restrictions may apply. Ensure consistency between the submitted design and the actual setup.
4. Exhibit Placement

All exhibits must be positioned at least 30cm inside the booth boundary to avoid blocking visitor flow. The Secretariat may require exhibitors to reposition displays to maintain fair viewing access for all participants.
5. Noise Restrictions

Exhibitors may use sound equipment for promotion, but volume must be kept low to avoid disturbing nearby booths. Sound levels must be under 85dB; if exceeded, the Secretariat may require sound equipment to be turned off.
6. Safety Guidelines

Equipment containing vibrations, hazardous materials, or potentially dangerous components must have proper safety measures in place. Each exhibitor is responsible for the safety and management of their displays throughout the exhibition period. (Includes hazardous containers, lasers, X-ray equipment, flammable materials, high-voltage equipment, radioactive materials, particle accelerators, flammable devices, liquid mercury, etc.)
7. Lighting

Flashlights and rotating lights are not allowed, and booth lighting should not interfere with neighboring booths or the exhibition hall.
8. Aisle Management

Exhibitors are responsible for keeping the aisle in front of their booths clear. All items should be placed in designated areas before the exhibition opens, and exhibits should not be displayed in the aisles.
9. Booth Design and Modifications

Any structural changes to the booth must be approved by the Exhibition Secretariat.
10. Subletting
โข
Exhibitors may not sublet or allocate their assigned space without prior approval from the organizer, except for cases involving affiliated or sister companies.

Unauthorized subletting may result in restriction from participation.
11. Wiring

All wiring for booths and exhibits must comply with fire safety regulations. These regulations also apply to booth setup and equipment installations.

There is a daily limit for the quantity of gases and hazardous materials allowed for transport and storage.

High-energy fuel sources are restricted.

Fuel pipes must be non-flammable.

Storage tanks and pipes must be securely fastened.

Fire barriers must be installed between flame-producing devices and hazardous materials.
13. No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the exhibition hall and is restricted to designated smoking areas.
14. Promotional Activities

All promotional activities must remain within the designated booth area. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining the aisles around their booths free of congestion. Promotional or marketing activities outside the booth area are not allowed without prior approval from the Secretariat.
15. Promotional Items

Samples and souvenirs may be distributed only within the assigned booth. Exclusive distribution rights outside the booth may be granted only by the organizer.
16. Sales

Sales transactions involving direct exchange of goods and cash are not allowed within the exhibition hall.
โข
Orders can be taken for delivery after the event. Exhibitors are responsible for adhering to safety and public health regulations. Unauthorized advertising and sales activities are not permitted.
