How to Apply for Additional Facilities

※ Deadline for Additional Facility Applications: December 31, 2025
1.
From the left-hand menu, go to [Exhibition Management] > [Extra]
2.
From the list on the right, select the [Application Form] for which you want to apply for additional facilities.
Check the required/optional status and the application period, then click [Write] on the right.

Required Application Forms

Facilities
Even if no facilities are needed, it is mandatory to check [Do not apply for Utility] at the bottom of the form and submit.
[Electricity] Shell/ Premium Booths: 1kW of electricity is provided by default. Space-Only Booths: No basic electricity is provided (electricity application is mandatory).
Available facilities [Electricity] [Water Supply/Drainage] [Compressed Air] [LAN] [Customer Management System]
Please note: Any utility applied after the deadline may incur an additional surcharge.
2.
Signboard
This Application is to confirm the precise company names of participating exhibitors, as they will appear on official installations and printed materials, including the main information board (installed at the exhibition entrance), the exhibitor list, and booth name signs.
Korean/English will be appeared on the signboard, if you do not have Korean name please put [X] and move on to English name.
Please note that if the company name submission is not completed by the application deadline, the company name registered in the online application form will be automatically used.

Passcards(Exhibitor Badges)
Apply for exhibitor badges for booth personnel.

Optional Application Forms

Hazards (Hazardous Materials Declaration)
Mandatory when bringing in battery cells or secondary batteries, as well as any hazardous equipment or materials such as gas, oil, or heating devices.

Weights (Heavy Equipment Declaration)
Mandatory when bringing in heavy equipment.
Inside Halls (A, B, C, D): Maximum floor load of 1.5 tons per m².
Items exceeding 1.5 tons, regardless of area, must be declared.
Grand Ballroom, The Platz, Lobby: Maximum floor load of 500 kg per m².
Items exceeding 500 kg, regardless of area, must be declared.
The Secretariat will review submitted items and provide separate guidance if exhibition is not feasible.
4.
Customs Bonds (Bonded Exhibition Goods Declaration)
Mandatory for bonded exhibition items.
Bonded exhibition goods refer to items that enter the exhibition hall under simplified customs clearance without full import declaration.
After the exhibition, these must be re-exported abroad or, if there is a buyer, officially imported through standard customs clearance procedures.

Invitation Letter
To be used by exhibiting companies for their executives, staff, and clients.
